Webcam modeling is an excellent way to work from home in your spare time. If you are in need of some extra cash and aren't afraid to show some skin this line of work can earn you $20-$100/hour. Just follow these steps before getting started.

1. Research a company that is hiring. Most webcam studios will always be hiring but sending them an email will confirm this.
2. Look closely for how much the studio is willing to pay. You will find a number of studios that will pay you just 30% of your earnings - look for places that offer 40% or higher. This may seem low but 25-35% is an industry standard. The greater majority of the earnings stay with the studios to help pay for marketing and credit card fees.
3. Ask the studios how and when they pay. Nine out of ten studios will send you a check every two weeks. Some pay daily to a Paypal account. Some pay as much as 45% of earnings.
4. Submit the necessary forms to ensure you are legally allowed to work. This information is very important when working as a webcam model. These documents are usually needed in the form of a .jpeg image file. Examples of these are a photo ID, signed model contract, and a 2257 model release form. These forms are almost always provided for you by the studios
5. Check in with the studio for tips and help if you find yourself unaware of what you should be doing. A good studio will give you everything you need to succeed and will offer a personal representative that will help you be successful.
